Just being nosy cos I hadn't heard anything about your viewings, did you see the both of them? What was the showhome like? Did you put in an offer?

SK - Was going to put in an offer on Tuesday, but my Solicitor advised me not to until we had some interest in our own house. The guy selling the house wants the missives signed next week and we cannot committ that soon! But its still on the market and we've put in a note of interest..... so fingers crossed!

Hope you get some interest in your house soon then! Missives signed next week - he'll be lucky knowing solicitors.

They just phoned to tell me there is an offer in today!

But he said it wasn't looking promising (wonder why??). So he'll phone me back when he knows more.

....I mean an offer in on the house I want to buy, not my house.
