A few people have requested that they would like to get Amanda a little something as a way of showing we are thinking of her whilst she is going through this particularly hard time. I was thinking of buying a little something, maybe other than flowers as a little keep sake. How about a small picture frame or a little handcrafted decorative box for storing anything that is in assosciation with the baby she has just lost? I am at a similar stage of a pregnancy Amanda was and I couldn't even begin to imagine how she must be feeling, particularly with no 'official' document of her little girl ever to be drawn up.

Like I say, anybody wishing to contribute is more than welcome or please let me know if you wish to say something in her card.

Hi everyone,

I have ordered the music box and I am really sorry, I'm afraid I have sent the card now Flame. I added everybodies message who emailed me and I have also put a little note at the bottom saying that everyone from Mumsnet were thinking about her and that we are all here when she feels strong enough to chat again.

Oh - it's still in the post box downstairs apparantly - if you're quick Flame tell me what you want to say.
