So finally got round to saving enough for a tempur mattress as our old one was ......very old! Springs were being felt and all the other things that come with old mattresses.
After a week of the tempur i am waking up with lower back pain that lasts all day and it sometimes feels like shooting electric type pains in my back too! Exactly the same as the backache i had when 9 months pregnant with twins. We have had it 3 weeks and the pain is getting worse and worse.
Does anyone know if this is normal? and if it will get better? Should i put a matress topper of some sort to make it softer..hellp as i can't afford to buy another one (and DP loves it)!
