If I were you, I'd write a very strongly worded letter to the Managing Director of ELC, with a copy to the store you dealt with.

Insist on them paying your bank charges and get them to do a letter of apology to your bank accepting their mistake, so you do not end up with bad credit history).

In your letter, state the cost of your travelling expenses and claim compensation for your inconvenience and the upset caused by incompetent staff.

Get on to their customer services and demand they pay your bank charge.

That is totally disgusting service.
There ight be a possibility that your refund hasn't gone through yet (maybe try again tomorrow) but as for charging you four times, it's just stupid.

So you took the unwanted stuff back, they supposedly refunded it, it's not gone back on to your card and they have now charged you 4 times?

When has the extra triple charge gone on? Is it possible that the store did that yesterday?

Yeah, give them a call. So you know where you stand but deffo chase ELC up. I wouldn't bother waiting for them to call you.
