hello

has anyone done this themselves? Is it best left to a man in a white van with his bum crack on display or do you think a relatively handy lady could do it? And if so do you know any good websites that show a lady how?

and can I defrost lamb mince in the bath ?

I am so inordinately excited about this.

have just sent front and back pics for your perusal you know nothing like sitting on the deck of an evening and having a meal and chatting with friends OR lovely breakfast on a spring/autumn or even sunny winter's day

oh and with regards to your other question - I prefer to use the draining tray on the kitchen sink to defrost ( that's if I am organised to get it out in the morning) if not, the microwave

Wow, how lovely. I see you are built in to the side of a hill aren't you, that's why you've got two levels, I would not be able to cope with those stairs or that drop, I can see why you need the railings.

front is fine - few stairs, then we have the internal stairs - which have a stairgate, and we bring dd1's room stairgate out to cover the stairs on the deck - we ( I should say dh) is going to make a cate to put on the back deck that bolts on the outside so little fingers can't get to it.

Dd1 had a fab time posting things over the deck - we found all sorts of things downstairs.

its not that steep a hill though - although it seems it....
