URGENT APPEAL - FAMILY BARN DANCE SAT 22ND SEPT 6-10PM

THIS IS AN URGENT MESSAGE

I have organised a charity Family Barn Dance on behalf of the National Childbirth Trust on Sat 22nd Sept from 6pm-10pm. It will be at Cuffley Hall, Cuffley which is just off junction 24 or 25 of the M25 (South Herts).

There will be a licensed bar and we will be selling hot dogs.

I need to sell tickets asap or I will have to cancel at a cost of £275.00 to the NCT.

Tickets cost £4 for adults, £2 children and under 1's are free. Please phone 01992 635599 if you would like tickets asap.

Does anyone know how I can advertise this free to a large number of people? We have already paid £55 for newspaper ads.

Rhiannon, to target local families, how about putting posters up in all the local school and nursery notice boards, and also doctors surgeries?

This will mean a bit of running around, but at least it's free - or just the cost of a phone call to ask the school's permission.

Thanks for the suggestions, have given out posters to all I know. Think I might go and stand in the village and hand out posters on Sat morning! Perhaps it's just not a popular thing?
