Quick update.

Found perfect house, had offer on ours but much lower than we wanted, seller dropped there price and offers accepted.

The reason we accepted such a low offer was because seller was moving into rented. Making it a very very short chain, our buyer has sold theres already and back at home so really a 1st time buyer.

Fuc*ing Ba$tards have started the process for buying a place to are not going into rented at all.

DH has start date for transfer, Ds's need to be school before xmas but I can't see either happening atthe right time now.

I told the estate agent that I think they are bastards though, and he totally agreed saying people like this are the bain of his life and he's giving it all up by the time he's 40 because he hates all the shit that people do to other paople!!

told Dh all this when he got home from work and he's totally OK with it.
