They have been away but the skin is so rough and dry and.....just awful.

I shall reserce Wednesday night to soak them and then hack away worst bits with a scalpel and then start with the Heelbalm

Summer's coming here and I have to be looking luscious for all those thongs ( that's flip-flops you know)

Break out the Dr. School's foot scrub and file and get busy, ladies! Life's too short for ugly feet.

I've soaked them and scraped them all summer, they were lovely.

A couple of weeks in shoes/boots and they look worse than ever.

bathe in Boots footbalm
pedicaure once a month

Try Body Shop Africa Spa hand and foot cream. Smooooth it on after hot bath before bed. Luvly smoooooth feet next day. Tis a miracle.

Mine were once so bad my heels cracked and bled. I was in outback Australia though. Discovered Heelbalm (flexitol) in a pharmacy in Kunnunnurra and have never looked back.
