Thought it was worth noting that The Sunday Times today (2/10/05) carried an article which clearly states the current and the revisions to UK Law anticipated for May 2006. The online is here although there are also clear illustrations of the different stages and when to move a child to next one in the newspaper itself.

I might print it out and give it to a mum I know who won't put her 10 month old DS in a car seat becuse "he doesn't like it"
