Can i change my Tesco delivery slot?

Ordered with Tesco yesterday for between 4-6 tonight but DD decided to throw up everywhere last night so now we are both at home with absolutely no food.
Not that DD needs it with being poorly of course but I am going to be bloody starving by 6 o'clock.

Website says I cannot cancel my order as my shopping is being done now.

How mean would that be DD poorly and can'r eat and me tucking into a yummy pizza!

Don't think there's anywhere offering bread and water deliveries though
