It is quite a good name. Not sure that you can have exclusivity with a trading name unless a Ltd Co and/or large. Remember McDs took a Scottish family firm to court over same issue.

This person has put adverts in all the same places, it's a nightmare for him.

Looks like he just has to deal with it then!

I'm not sure though. Bands have these disputes all the time after they've split up. Guess you'd have to prove it was adversely affecting your trade. He may also benefit, of course.
