think it's time you took your kegels seriously mt1

Carmenere · 25/09/2005 09:16

Good God woman, pouch of douglas and mooncups in the same post and it's only 9.15 am on a Sunday

monkeytrousers · 25/09/2005 09:20

Is that another word for women's bit's Suzi? I should just look in the dictionary but I like to reavel the depth of my own ignorance

It was hilarious, and so handy that they were both born on the same day, don't you think?! Christening is next week. Calling her Luna.

it's the name for pelvic floor exercises, you know... tighten and relax

i can talk though, needed a tena lady last time I went on a trampoline

flamebat · 25/09/2005 09:22

Kegels are the same as pelvic floor exercises aren't they?

Took me ages to work out your second line... sat here thinking "Who was born on the same day?" Luna is a beautiful name, I am sure that it fits a beautiful mooncup (or do baby mooncups look like churchill too??)

flamebat · 25/09/2005 09:23

monkeytrousers · 25/09/2005 09:29

So it isn't that my pelvic floor was so strong that I could do this?!

I try to do them on the bus but usually forget. 10 week isn't enough then??

Flamebat, I don't think I should describe how it looked. Winston Churchill is a good enough image..with pipe.

LOL, I am seriously impressed. Maybe you should try ping pong balls next?

flamebat · 25/09/2005 09:33

I must admit to wanting to snigger whenever I hear the word "pouch". And friend's husband is called Douglas! Can't look him in the eye lately...

moondog · 25/09/2005 10:01

Jeez, imagine calling a beautiful new born Douglas!!
They probably called him Doug or Dougie!!

Shouldn't be allowed....

flamebat · 25/09/2005 10:02

Its like Melvin... why would you look at your teeny baby and think "Oooh yes, lets call him Melvin"?

monkeytrousers · 25/09/2005 10:03

No ping pong balls today Franny but I could sit in the bath and then try and blow soapy bubbles..

flamebat · 25/09/2005 10:04

OW! Just don't put any minty shampoo up there to get enough sudsy goodness... the other thread was very against that!

monkeytrousers · 25/09/2005 10:04

The Original Source stuff? Yes, very tingly!
