Some lovely MN'er offered some help, but we've got a new puter since then, so I can't accept her offer of help.

If you can see the posts and strut things of the fence your side, it's yours.

Isn't everyone responsible for the fence on their left?

Agree with HM - the person who put the fence up would put the posts on their land. So if the posts are on your land, the fence belongs to you.

God landed into something where neighbours want to dig into our foundations. Just wondered if anyone had had any previous experience.
