I am flabbergasted that DS3 is going to be 2 in a few days.

I've invited some friends over for a little party and one said "Oh his 1st birthday...How Lovely" so it seems the time has flown by for her too.

How on earth did that happen?
It's gone soooooo fast.

2 years since I was the size of a whale.
2 years since mayhem descended(sp?) upon my house.
2 yeras since.....OMG 2 years.

DS3 seems to have got to 2 years old much much faster that the other 2. It feels like he's had 2 years while Ds1+2 have had afew months IYSWIM.

2 years........where's my baby gone?

Mine was 2 in July and my Golly we have packed such allot into those 2 years it just doesnt seem possible!
I was at the MIL's today and her walls are plastered with pictures of ds at every age and i can remember clear as day going in to have him and bringing him home that 1st summer.
Since then he has crawled, walked, jumped, eaten real food and today on his way into play group he told me he needed his adjustable spanner for his work at play group...WTF!
No, they are no longer babies, not even toddlers but nearly little boys...sob!

PMSL, at the adjustable spanner.

I feel quick lucky because Ds3 is teeny and is only saying a few words so I can pretend he's still a baby.

It has been by the far the hardest 2 years of my life yet the most fun.
We live near Blackpool and because of ds we are re discovering the fab place that Blackpool is.
We would never in a million years go around the illuminations but we are doing with ds and its great, we have been all over just like tourists over the last 2 summers and have had a great family time.
Pregnancy seems dim and distant now, yet i always think of things in terms of "this time last year ds was..." do you? Then you realise that it was only the blink of an eye!

I can remember the pregnancy so vividly it wierd, but the 2 years since I was Pg have gone so fast it's just a blurr.

I really can't beleive it's 2 years....there must be a mistake
