How do you add a picture in Members Profiles

Please help no idea where to start...

Ok

You need to have a picture in your files on your computer to start. Then you basically go to topics, select Member profiles, type in your message, post message, it will then have a little purple box so you can type in where you want to browse for your picture, select your picture and it should appear.
