Well, it appears that there is about 5 houses that have complained, and he has visited 5 houses about Anti-social behaviour coming from people in their houses. They are threatening legal action on 2 of the houses, and the rest have been told to sort out their kids or they risk losing their homes.
I am allowed to move into my parents, if we wish, but we have to been seen to still be living here.

He said that before we made our first complaint in may this year there was no problems here, suddenly in the last 5 months he has had complaint after complaint from people in this street.

And they take the complaints seriously when they are coming thick and fast like that. Hopefully they'll get and anti-social behaviour order on the people causing problems and go down an eviction route if things don't change.

I'm tellin' ya, sounds cruel, but some folks don't deserve a home. Especially not if they just use it to terrorise innocent people, commit crimes, etc.

sparklymieow · 15/09/2005 12:31

At the mo, all the things seem to have calmed down in the street, and as we ahve the camera up now, we feel safer, so we will stay here, even if its to help the council get the arseholes out. I will not be here in 10-12 weeks anyway.

If they got rid of the troublesome families, would you still move?

sparklymieow · 15/09/2005 13:57

I did wonder how long before other people started complaining, he wouldn't tell me who has complained tho

It would be great to have a bit of peace before you move though.

I'm so lucky with my lovely neighbours. It makes me appreciate them all the more when I hear what you have to put up with. Animals.

sparklymieow · 15/09/2005 14:04

I have never had good neighbours
In my last house wwe lived next door to an alcholic druggie. when we moved here, AM and monkeyboy were in prison and the other side argued like mad, then they moved out and this strange woman moved in, she moved out and we had lovely nieghbours, then they moved out and we now someone who is a wife beater
AM's parents are model neighbours, but their sons are terrible.
2 doors up is a lady with 2 kids, who run around unsupervised and are allowed to do what they like. 3 doors up is the same. 4 doors up are having problems lilke us. and 5 doors up are more arseholes.
