What exercise do you do regularly ???

Not including housework or sex, ??

I need to start doing some but me and exercise have never been the best of friends so not sure where to start.

Is it best to go to classes ??

I have an elipical trainer thing in the spare room and do 10mins a day on the thing. I know it is not much but that is the limit of ds patience. I also use it at 3 in the morning when I have pregnancy insomnia as it helps me calm down and get back to sleep.

I used to go running every day but I can't do it without getting a babysitter now. I bought a three wheeler when ds was tiny and used to run with that but it doesn't really work with a 3 yo on board .
