Webmail - Why are some of my emails not going to my Outlook Onbox ?????

I have a wanadoo email address and mostly access my emails through MS Outlook. I can also access emails through webmail when I am away from my desk. I have recently noticed that a few emails are getting "stuck" in my webmail box and not filtering through to my Outlook inbox.

Does anyone know why this is happening ?

God I should preview - that heading should obviously say "Inbox"!

do you use Norton ani-virus by any chance? This happened to me when Norton started blocking stuff. It's a pain in the arse.

No Moomin, I don't use Norton. My anti virus is "Avast!" which has been on my machine ages. The webmail thing has only started happening in last 2-3 weeks and nothing has been changed on my PC that recently.
It is really bugging me. I can't put stuff I need to save in the proper folders.

Aaaaaggghhh.
