Art and craft activity for 2nd birthday paryt

Im having Ds 2nd birthday party on sunday at home (argh)

I would like to do some craft activity with them where they can all just get stuck in and proudly take somehting home that they have made. This will be along with free play and party games no formal entertainer this year.

Any ideas?

I did crowns!

precut cardboard crowns (in one long piece IYSWIM) lots of bits and glitter, they all stuck their bits on and then I sellotaped the crown to the right size.

do it first thing so the glue can dry before they go home
have LOTS of helpers if you can
and remember to write names on crowns
