I live in the country and wanted to do something with my fudge and relish as I started baking and making things as a hobby with my daughter a while back and also have lots of spare eggs from the chickens, do I need a licence or permit for selling any of these?

I don't think so. I've just got back from Norfolk on hols and every other house had a stall of some sort at the bottom of the drive selling home grown produce, eggs, jams etc.

worth checking with the local council though.
