when i was 20 i was dumped a week before my wedding. my boyfriend and i had a house; he had been a perfectionist in organising everything and everybody;my parents had put their all into it-even though my mum couldn't stand him!--then he dumped me! anyone ever been through something similar?

Unfortunately not near enough. Hence the divorce. But now I found my fantastic poorly dp!

I was dumped by dp after we had been engaged for 2 years - we hadn't set a date for the wedding beyond deciding on the following year, but it was humiliating enough at the time, I can tell you. I was 19.

I was the dumper!!!!
Dumped him three weeks before we were due to tie the knot!!!
I met DH and just knew I was making the biggest mistake of my life so I ditched Bf and married Dh instead.

funnily enough , i met my present hubbie 3 weeks after and that was 17 years ago

no close enough like sleepy suzy ended up divorced - after he had an affair with married best friend ( whole time we were married - she was my matron of honour, old friend etc) Had not even been married a year. BUT on the plus side - no longer have his dm ss my mil.

But I have since met dh and have two gorgeous dd's - so no loss there
