Hastings - any recommendations for nice area to live?

Does anyone live in Hastings or can recommend any nice areas to live there?

how far out of town centre?

Do you deffo want HAstings?

Looking for a large apartment (2-3 bed) - potentially moving there for work reasons - may rent or buy. Preferably town centre or seafront - just wanted to find a safe area relatively close to transport/train.

IMHO I would stay away from town centre

what about St leonards?

do you want access to charing X or victoria?

what I mean is where is it you want to go to by train

there are 2 lines

eastbourne brighton victoria

or tunbridge wells tonbridge charing X

what age are child or children?

town centre of hastings is not really a nice place IMHO

would go for st leonards if I was you

not much use about schools there though

know about schools in bexhill though
