Just sniggered when I read that, but it is not really funny.

Who is he, where is he from ??

kid · 23/08/2005 14:17

Do you know this 6 year old boy?

Branster · 23/08/2005 14:17

so, did you?

elsmommy · 23/08/2005 14:19

He said he is a friend of a boy who lives in the flats opposite me, I was putting my washing out in the garden and he was talking to me!!

I'd never seen him or his friend before.

And no I didn't!!

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.... not allowed to clout them anymore are you?

Branster · 23/08/2005 14:20

just making sure, taht's all

the cheek of it though!!! that's when they deserve a good slap these kids.

Mytwopenceworth · 23/08/2005 14:22

Oh my. 6? That's the same age as my ds1. Still babies!!! Bet he's got an older brother, or he's heard it off his dad! Shocking!

happymerryberries · 23/08/2005 14:22

He wants a good clip round the ear 'ole!

Or something at any rate. Well out of order.

elsmommy · 23/08/2005 14:22

He also sang baa baa black sheep to me but in his version the sheep is a f**king prick...

Apparently hes allowed to swear when his mums not there...

happymerryberries · 23/08/2005 14:24

Hmm sounds like some of the foul mothed little charmers that I teach who think it is OK at say 'Oh for Fuck's sake' when I politly tell them to do something in class.

Mytwopenceworth · 23/08/2005 14:27

What parent would allow their child to use such language? Much as I wish mine would talk, if they came out with words like that I'd be sorely tempted to put a spoon in the mustard / cod liver oil and administer a liberal dose!!

Nightynight · 23/08/2005 14:32

yes, I once got something similar from a small boy in the slum where we were living at the time. I think the best thing is to swallow one's shock and tell him in no uncertain terms to be ashamed.

mytwopenceworth, if you could have seen the children there...and their parents just laughed. I was shocked, but it was certainly an eye opener.

SleepySuzy · 23/08/2005 14:35

Their parents want shooting.

happymerryberries · 23/08/2005 14:38

What can be done to make these idiot parents see that this is not a good idea!??

SleepySuzy · 23/08/2005 14:39

Nothing - they think it is normal.

happymerryberries · 23/08/2005 14:41

But it just isn't!

Honestly I'll swear with the best of them, but in its place!

When I was growing up kids did swear, but they knew that it was wrong and considered to be rude. What the hell is happening that childen speak like that!

SleepySuzy · 23/08/2005 14:42

I don't know, but I'm certainly going to do my best to make sure my little one doesn't speak that way.

elsmommy · 23/08/2005 14:43

I asked him not to use that language in front of my dd cos shes just learning to talk and he said I'm f*kin sorry to f*kin swear in front of the f*kin baby
I went inside then.

this is awful!!

I had a similar experience the other day - well sort of!!

Dd (5) was playing in our front garden wearing a denim skirt and a vest top and two boys passed by (age between 10-12) and told her she was a sexy little thing!!!!!

I was very and that my little 5 years old baby was being jeered at like a sexual object - who raises boys like this!!!

SleepySuzy · 23/08/2005 14:50

Ugghhh!! It makes me shudder.

happymerryberries · 23/08/2005 14:52

It is quite sickening

Some people should be allowed to had a dog, let alone a child in their case

troutpout · 23/08/2005 21:20

2 teenage 'hussies' asked my told my lil boy that he was 'well fit' and asked him if he had a big willy the other day.
They didn't realise i was with him...and scampered off pretty fast when they did.

Wallace · 23/08/2005 21:25

shame

When my sister was in P1(age 5) and I was a teenager, I went with a friend to collect her from school. One of her classmates said (conversationally I must say) "What are you pair of slags doing here?"

He didn't mean it, but for a 5 year old to use words like this...
