Have dd1 who is 2yrs older so we have lots of 'stuff' already

She doesn't need a bike or a scooter

Garden is small - can't get anything more for outside, really

Am stuck!

A nice doll - I second DinahRod's Corolle doll idea.

She is still really into dollies and bablies but at last count we had 7 of them (and that was after a recent charity run)

We have all the dolls' paraphernalia, too... cot, pram, car seat etc etc

DD got 3 bubble machines for her 4th birthday.

A pop up tent from Millets (if they still sell them). DD2 had one around that age and absolutely loved it. In fact, she's 13 now but she still sets it up if her younger cousins come to stay!

Otherwise, something less 'stuff--based such as:

trip out (with favourite dolly) for tea and cakes;

a big wooden spoon, icing, sprinkles, cupcake cases etc;

a flower press;

a 'secret' diary;

some pots (with paint to decorate them) and some seeds;

newborn baby clothes from the charity shop for the dolls; all washed and then packed into a little doll-size suitcase;

a watch.

Thanks for the ideas
