tax credits annual review ? where to?

wondering if anybody can help... I have lost the envelope that came with my tax credits yearly review. Has anybody got the address please. I hate these yearly things? anybody get a good reward?

Or you can ring them and do it over the phone.

I phoned to renew mine. I was told I needed my P60's. I've now found them, could I phone them back and give the details over the phone or do they actually need to see them?
