Picked this up at the weekend at the Oxfam shop, for a bargain 2 pounds.

It's a BBC video, and has had my 2 totally transfixed (despite being rather scary in parts!)

They just don't make em like this anymore.

Does anyone know of anymore 'magical' videos like this?

Oh, I remember it well - Sunday afternoons near Christmas. The bbc really were fab at this sort of thing. The music was lovely too. If you come across another one, would you get it for me (unlikely I know, but just in case)

Sunday afternoon BBC kids drama was so good wasn't it?

Stig of the Dump (was that BBC?) was a fave of mine.

Will keep an eye out for you Cadbury.. worth checking charity shops, they often have interesting videos.

I want the BBC'S, Lion Witch and Wardrobe next (there's a new film of this due out before Christmas)

Have they seen Jumanji?

Or The Snow Spider (not sure if that was officially brought out but we recorded it at the time.)

The Secret Garden?

I LOVED The Box of Delights! It was just so Christmassy. Also, The Children of Green Knowe, Stig of the Dump etc. Excellent BBC dramas.

In fact, I watched it and watched it until the video cassette broke
