Just found out I'm pregnant with number two

I don't really know how to feel. I had a hard traumatic pregnancy and pnd. I thought we would only have one. My little boy is 4 ... my emotions are all over the place. I haven't even told my husband. I want to feel happy but I feel so scared. I have so many scenarios buzzing in my head. Sorry I'm just ranting and not even sure why I'm posting this.

Don't know if it helps, my situation is similar but not the same. I did want two children, just not two births! Found out I was pregnant a few months ago (first child 5) and I've got my head around the birth purely on the basis that I'm point blank insisting on a planned C section this time to avoid the trauma and injuries of the first. They won't officially book it until after 32 weeks, but so far I've met no resistance so I think it will be fine. I'm much calmer at the idea of this compared to the thought of potentially repeating the first one, or anything remotely like it. I suspect I also had PND, certainly had PTSD, but most issues linked back to the birth so I'm hoping if that's very different then the rest could be different too.
