Nurseries in Stockbridge, Edinburgh

Wondering if anyone has any children currently attending either New Town Nursery (Dean Terrace) or Doune Terrace in the pre-school rooms? We're looking at both and feel they both have strengths, any thoughts or comments that may help us make our decision? Any feedback very much appreciated, thank you...!

Very late reply, but just in case it's still of interest!

First question - do you need private nursery hours for child-care reasons? If so I think either of the two nurseries is probably fine - my DC was at the New Town and got on OK there, and friends with DC at Doune Terrace are positive about that one too.

If not, do look at the pre-school at Stockbridge Primary - the current teacher is absolutely outstanding and they are doing a marvellous marvellous job there. Only two and a half hours a day though.
