Splitting Baby's Time Between 2 Nurseries

Hi, I have a 14 m.o. who has been at nursery near my work at Canary Wharf since I went back to work when she was 8mths. She has settled well and LOVES it. But I live in Muswell Hill and have just been offered 3 days a week at a nursery there. Ultimately I think it would be best having her in a local nursery because she might make little friends she'll end up socialising with and may be going to school with and also because when I have my next baby (not yet pregnant, just advance planning) I want her to stay in nursery 3 days a week but won't travel to canary Wharf every day to put her in nursery. The thing is that i am worried about how she'll handle going to 2 different places each week with slightly differing routines and completely different people. Does anyone have any experience of this and how their babies coped? She just seems so happy, i don't want to threaten that.
