My son goes to kids unlimited Maidstone and he has since it opened last yesr. It was a big step for me to allow strangers to look after my most precious thing in the world but my first impressions were good not only just of the staff but the building is fantastic. My son loves going there and I have no concerns at all and staff always on hand if any issues. It is expensive but you get what you pay for !!!!

I visited one. Notting Hill. Very deceiving. On the website good. First impression all right. All in all horrible. Children did not look happy. Staff looked overworked and also quality wise unacceptable. None of the ladies I woudl invite in my house (if I was choosing one as a nanny). For this price I expect happy, energetic ladies who enjoy their job (look presentable) and engage pupils in activities. There they were sitting in corners, looking dull, pretending to read a book with a child but it was clear that everyone was just totally not interested in the kids. Kids looked heartbreakingly sad. The only one who was crawling around with a big smile was my daughter. I couldn`t wait to leave.

I am quiet sensible and can feelpositive vibes or negativity instantly. THere it was 100% negative. Rooms and facilities were OK but that`s it.

Its al about money. I found the smiles very fake. VISITORS where announced once we entered the rooms but still the first thing I saw were sad looking crying children with an expression PLEASE GET ME OUT OF THIS. Sad is that they can`t communicate to their parents.

I would never send my daughter there. Not even If they pay me a lot of money.

I went back to the KU nursery that I believe I may have called something like 'a squalid little shit hole' and discovered it's much much better now. Still a bit tatty here and there, and not as much equipment as they should have, but the staff seem very good and caring and happy.

The other KU I know is very new. The garden is poorly thought out. Inside the building it looks like they care more about corporate image than children's creativity. There are no display boards. They have 3 foot square pictures of happy children instead. The staff are variable, but mostly OK.
