Going back to work when my DD is 6mo. We're about to move to Shepherds bush and am feeling torn as to whether we should find a childminder or send her to nursery. I'll be going back 4 days a week 9.30-4.30. She's very sociable but I'm feeling nervous about the whole business. She's so little! Any recommendations very welcome.
