Our son starts school on the 1st Sept and we want to go on holidays for the first 2 weeks of August.
I'd like him to finish up at nursery on the 30th July, take the first 2 weks off on holiday and then put him back in the nursery for the last 2 weeks just paying the daily rate.
This will save us £350 but it obviously depends on the nursery having space during those last 2 weeks of August as both of us work.
Is it reasonable to assume the nursery will be quiet during this period?

Our nursery is not quiet because we take school children to fill up the empty places of the children who have left.
It might be saving you £350, but the nursery will be losing £350. Not very fair is it?
Could you not leave him there till mid August and then have your 2 weeks off together?
