My SIL is moving into a house in Black-ridge and her DD is nearly 4 so she will be looking to get her into a local nursery. I think the local school has a nursery attached to it which would be handiest but have heard that she is quite near Armadale and Whitburn too so any recommendations or experience with local nurseries?
