Hi i live in Manchester. My son is 2 now and we had been sending him to a nearby nursery for the last year and half. Nursery fees and some issues of neglect made us take him out of that nursery. whilst I'm looking for an alternative (probably a day time nanny) I got the idea of finding a family to mutually exchange childcare free of charge. I have checked it out and it is okay to do this. Anyone have any thoughts or pros and cons that maybe I haven't considered?
