Hi again,

Does anyone send their little one to Fortis Green Nursery. It seems very nice, the costs are reasonable but it closes at 5.30pm!

Anyone got any thoughts?

Thanks so much!

Not sure if this thread is still active? Anyway, just wanted to say I've got my DS on the waiting list for Fortis Green, & perhaps we might start there in January for a few hours a week. My first impression of the nursery was excellent, I much preferred it to all the other nurseries I saw (including Rocking Horse, Scribbles, Clowns etc). The fact that it closes at 5.30 is indeed an issue, depends on how inflexible your work hours are... for me it actually sounds good to be 'forced' to pick DS up at 5.00 or 5.30, I believe those are more normal hours for a young child to be picked up than the much later closing times other nurseries offer, but then I realize lots of parents don't have much choice in the matter...

My 16 month old ds has been there since November and it is excellent. Hours are a pain, but everything else makes up for it. I highly recommend it!!
