free nursery places?

i seen posters all over my sons nursery today about free nursery places for 2 year olds but they were limited places

my sons all ready at nursery 2 full days and one half day while im in college so saas pay most of the fees college pay the rest
am i still entitled to a free place for him mabee just for the 2 mornings hes not all ready in or does it not work like that

should have prob said my son is 2yrs 4 months

Most of the two year old funding is very limited to your personal circs so worth while looking into.
