Does anyone have experience of the Bell and other nurseries in SW - my daughter is currently at Crocus but it seems to have gone downhill since being bought by Bright Horizons. Nothing major but small things eg always employing the mothers/daughters of staff, putting staff holiday before requests for extra sessions and today telling me that although all the other children's photos were ready for collection, for some reason my daughter's wasn't even taken. Also any experiences good or bad with Bright Horizons elsewhere? thanks
