Wetting/soiling pants at nursery but not at home

I'm really beginning to get a bit narked with my DS's nursery as on average 1 of the 3 days a week he attends he comes home in his spare clothes because he's wet or soiled his pants - usually wetting during his nap but occasionally pooing or not being wiped properly.

He's been potty trained for around 9 months and I can count on one hand the number of accidents he's had at home (he's even dry for 12 hours a night FFS) and is good as gold about me wiping his bottom etc so other than them being really slack & lazy, I just can't understand why it's happening so frequently at nursery. He still goes in with the younger ones for is nap most of whom are still in nappies but still, how hard can it be to take him for a wee first!

Any ideas how to resolve this as I have rasied this on numerous occasions - requesting better wiping/more supervision/asking if he needs to go before his nap etc all of which they seem to take on board but with no change!

PS I'm otherwise happy with this nursery BTW

Is it just happening at nap times? if so reitterate again about asking him if he needs a wee? If it is other times this is quite common, as there is so much going on they can forget as they are engrossed in activities and when they need to go it comes on so fast they have accidents. How old is he by the way? as sometimes they can regress if they have been toilet trained early? or are they just not taking your concerns on board, ask to speak to the room leader or manager. good luck

Thanks nuseryvoice.
He's 3.3 and as he pretty much toilet trained himself (ie I don't want to wear a nappy anymore & job done!) so I'm sure as I can be he was ready.
The accidents are mostly at nap time which is soon after lunch & when he's at home he'd always need a wee then. I have raised this with the girls and his room leader so really do feel they just aren't taking it on board wso I'm going to have a chat with the manager when I collect him tonight & hopefully that will filter down & they'll start to do somrthing about it!!
Thanks again
