Break from nursery

I would like some advice please. DD is 2 and been attending nursery for 16 months. I'm considering taking a parental break from work to spend more time with her. The break could be up to 13 weeks although am thinking 6 weeks may be better received by my manager. The question is whether I would be doing more harm than good by taking her out if nursery for such a short period?

Thanks for any help.

It can be difficult for children to adjust, depends on the child really.
How about you keep her in just 1 day a week, for some "me" time?
I don't think you will be doing her any harm, you are her mother after all. What could be more natural, than spending time with your child?
