DS's nursery has changed hands. we were only told on tuesday that it's switching hands today. Haven't been given any new terms and conditions but looking at teh t&C for the new nursery (they already run five nurseries) they are a bit different.

do we have any grounds to insist that we shoudl keep with the t&C from the original nursery?

the terms and conditions should remain the same if you have signed a contract. They can only change the contract if both parties sign the amended contract. Our nursery recently was bought by a person with 2 other nurseries and our contracts all stayed the same.
