New nursery in Hertford

I am looking to open a small nursery at Hertford East Train Station. I would like to get parents views on interest and answer any questions.
I am looking to open April 2009. We will care for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

We will have a drop off/pick up area and a superb garden with a purpose built extension on the side of the main station buidling.

rightstart it may be worth posting on your mumsnet local? You are more likely to get the audience you want there. Have you been in touch with your local children's centre? HTH

I will be looking for qualified staff, so how shall I get your c.v?

Hi Monikaw,
It is early days at the moment so I do not have a prospectus but I know how the nursery will be and it will be a 9 place baby room. I much prefer smaller nurseries to large ones. I will keep you posted.

Thanks

Hi pinkteddy,
I have not posted it on mumsnet local yet but thank you for the advice. I have not been in touch yet with the local children's centre, will this help me?

Rightstart, I'm not a nursery nurse but please let me know if you are looking for any admin staff/a nursery manager. I currently work in London but have just moved to Hertford and looking for a new start to improve work/life balance and I'm keen to work in childcare in some way shape or form! I'm currently an editor but have lots of admin experience and am keen to learn, organised and efficient with lots of energy.

Hi bondgirl77, do you want to send me your c.v or contact details?

Sure, I'm not sure how I do that! Is it through 'contact a mumsnetter' that I can get your email address?

rightstart1 · 07/02/2009 17:04

Try it and see...

Hi Rightstart, just tried to CAT you but got a MN message to say you have the email option switched off in your privacy preferences. Could you change that preference or if you prefer, CAT me instead?
