This month, my Nursery has undercharged us by approx £40. The question is - do I tell them?? Nearly every month, they have over charged us but quickly put this right when I queried the amount. But the amounts have been wrong on at least 8 occasions in the last year (all over). So what do you think? Do I tell them and pay the extra £40 or stay quiet???

You know they've undercharged you - why wouldn't you tell them? They've always corrected it when they've asked for too much - don't you think you owe them the same courtesy and honesty? It's a bit gutting though - I hate looking at what my childcare bill adds up to - fulltime care for a toddler and two lots of after school care is a bit disheartening to look at all in a lump!
