Anyone out there working in a non-profit making playgroup/preschool prepared to tell me what they think the current rate of pay for a NVQ 3 qualified childcare worker?? Obviously nicknames means it's confidential and it might help our staff as I am currently battling to get their pay and conditions improved. Also any other payments Staff meetings etc?
