Should I send DS to nursery?

He has a bit of a cold, he is fine in himself but is producing copious amounts of green snot, which I believe means he is infectious?
Should I keep him off until it clears or am I worrying unduly? Just concerned that although this cold is only having a mild effect on him, if he passes it onto another baby they might react to it more, IYSWIM?

You are worrying unduly - they all get colds and pass from one to another. All part of being a LO at nursery!

Oh good! I did think it was hard to avoid catching a cold...

DS has been at nursery now for about 6 months and if he didn't go in when he had a snotty nose he would never be there!

He's only been a week so wasn't too sure!
