Bank Holidays

Do all nurseries close on BH's?
I have to work through them and wondered if it was standard.

I don't know whether they all do, but I don't know of any round here that don't.

Thanks, my nursery states that it is closed 1 week a year and I expected the Christmas week. They meant 1 week + all BH.

Our nursery only used to close on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

my children go to Teddies and they are closed all bank holidays, plus from Christmas Eve to after New Year. Looking at the calendar this looks like 24th Dec close, reopening on monday 5th Jan.
