Will I qualify for 30 hours nursery funding after separation?

Hi,
me and my partner have separated, we will no longer be living together. He earns over the threshold for funding, i earn £30k a year. The kids will live with me, will i be entitled to 30hrs funding with the separation? Tia

If you work over 16 hours (at min wage) as a single parent you will be able to claim 30 hours.
