Nursery recommendations in Upton, Wareham or Poole with stable long term staff?

Looking for advice regarding DS.
Any nurseries in the Upton/Wareham/Poole area of Dorset that have long term staff members?

Looking at moving son due to his anxiety and lots of new staff. Seems like when we drop him off the last few months there are lots of agency or new staff members we have never met before. Babies need the same faces to feel safe and our boy has started being scared to go in not recognising some of the adults there. Final straw came when we found out his worker was leaving too. We are so sad - he loves her. I would like recs for nurseries where the staff stays the same - it stresses us out.

Sounds like a childminder would be perfect for you.

Yes you might be right @Nickyknackered

I have had friends who used Topps Nursery in Wareham and were very happy with it, son has just moved up to school. Another one is at the nursery attached to Lady St Mary’s in Wareham and is also happy with it

Had not heard of Lady St Mary's...will have a look now! Thanks!

Topps does not have good reputation from everyone I know so that is surprising.

have you looked at the one in Lytchett? The website looks good but obviously are trying to sell themselves

Which one? He may already go to it depending on the name! 🙊

Edited

There are not any decent ones around here that aren't already full. Or we would consider it.....
