Baby help needed in Twickenham area

Hey,
I am a first time mom, I live near Twickenham, I have 1.5 month old baby girl and I am looking for a nanny share, can someone please advise how to find that? I am so confused and not sure where to seek help from and who to ask.

Hi - you are on mat leave so do you need a nanny share or do you need some general support like a night nanny?

If you need a night nanny (i really rate night nannies in general...a couple of nights a week when baby is small is so helpful!!)

Thanks for your assistance.
I am looking for someone who can look after my baby while I am at work, a nanny share would be cheaper as compared to hiring one from those agencies, which are very expensive and out of my budget, I am looking for someone who already have a nanny and we can share the cost half and that nanny can look after kids.

Please if someone can assist. I am trying to avoid agencies.

Nanny shares tend to be via word of mouth, it’s worth looking at other options too
