Kids planet and funding loop

Hey,
We got told that the bills were coming 'by the end of the week', which i took to mean Friday, so to complete the funding loop (athough the message didnt say when bh). I completed funding loop today, but it looks like they sent the invoice out today also so they haven't applied my free hours. Surely this is unfair since they said i had until Friday. Has anyone had any experience of this?

By the end of the week means that’s the latest it will come, but could well come sooner, so I wouldn’t have taken it to mean you have till Friday.
