Term time and Year Round Attendance

Hello all! My son goes to nursery 3x a week for 7 hours and 30 minutes each day. We arranged it this way so his funded hours can be stretched and he can attend year round but only realised that this amounts to 22.5 hours per week and is a little over the “stretched” hours allowed per week. However, on our invoice the only thing they are charging is for the food, etc. and his hours are all funded. Would this mean he’s okay to attend year round and not during term time only?

I have messaged the nursery about this but no response yet. Really confused if he’s okay to attend this week or not.

Presumably the nursery shuts for a week at Christmas - 22.5 hours a week covers 50 weeks and 2 days.

Do the nursery open every day of the year?
